Emma Wong is the Lead of Nuclear Innovation with an additional focus on International Engagement and Support at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). She has just returned from a two-year secondment at the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency in Paris, France where she was the Senior Nuclear Technology and Innovation Advisor. There she led the efforts on the SMR Dashboard, Nuclear Innovation 2050, Global Forum for Nuclear Innovation, and disruptive technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.
Emma was the key interface to the U.S. Department of Energy, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Nuclear Energy Institute, industry members, and other national and international organizations for aging management research.
Emma holds a B.S. and an M.S. Chemical Engineering Degrees from the University of Michigan and the University of California San Diego respectively.
